• 康明斯公司（纽约证券交易所代码：CMI） announced on July 29 that the board of directors had elected Jennifer Rumsey, the president and CEO of Cummins, as the new chairman of the company, effective from August 1, 2023.兰博文（Tom Linebarger） will retire on July 31, 2023, and step down as the company's executive chairman and board chair.
