• 11月15日,由山东省港口集团和托克集团合资成立的山港托克国际贸易(山东)有限公司在山东青岛正式揭牌成立。该公司注册资本10亿元人民币,预计将于11月30日到位。托克集团香港公司和山东港口贸易集团于今年11月1日在青岛自贸区合资设立了山港托克公司。 作为山东省港口集团的一项重要举措,山港托克公司的成立旨在将供应链和产业链深度融入贸易合作中,打造多货种、全方位、多领域的贸易合作路径。目前,该公司已与相关银行和原油、油气、金属矿产、黑色能源领域的合作伙伴签署了战略合作协议,并将开展电解铜内贸购销、铁矿石外贸进口等贸易业务。 山港托克公司的成立,不仅意味着该公司将加速向供应链综合服务商转型升级,也体现了山东省港口集团深度融入供应链、产业链发展的努力。作为一家成立不到一个月的公司,山港托克公司已经与多家企业开始了贸易合作,并取得了超过600亿元的全品类授信支持。 此次合资公司的成立,将进一步加强山港托克公司与其他企业之间的合作,促进多货类一手资源、终端客户深度联动,提升供应链综合服务能力。同时,双方还将共同构建大宗商品供应链综合服务通道,打造“矿石超市”直供通道、有色金属供需联动通道和黑色能源供销双向通道,为贸易合作提供更加全面的支持。
