艾力斯(688578.SH)与基石药业(02616)宣布达成对外战略合作,共同开发普吉华市场的药物。此次合作是两家公司在中国市场进一步扩大业务范围的重要一步。

• 11月8日，港股创新药企基石药业宣布，将国内首创RET抑制剂普吉华®(普拉替尼胶囊)在中国大陆区域的独家商业化推广权授予科创板上市公司艾力斯医药(688578.SH)。根据协议，基石药业将获得首付款和后续的研发里程碑付款，并将继续获得普吉华®在中国大陆的销售收入，艾力斯将从基石药业收取服务费。此次合作是基石药业继与三生制药达成Nofazinlimab(抗PD-1单抗)在中国大陆地区战略合作和独家许可协议后，本月内达成的第二起战略合作。普吉华®销售对外许可最大化市场价值对于此次联手，基石药业首席执行官杨建新博士表示，与艾力斯达成此次合作，无疑将最大化普吉华®在中国大陆的市场价值。作为中国大陆首个获批上市的RET抑制剂，普吉华®已造福数千名非小细胞肺癌和甲状腺癌患者，同时在多项其他适应症上具有进一步拓展的潜力。艾力斯副董事长胡捷表示，艾力斯非常高兴与基石药业达成普吉华®商业化合作，必将有利于双方公司共赢成长。
